Terms and conditions

Allways Wedding Cars Company’s services are subject to the Terms and Conditions laid out below. A complete description of Allways Wedding Cars Company hire services and it’s accompanying pricing is available on request. Customers accepting our service verbally or in writing are entering into a legally binding contract. The Hirer will be required to sign our standard Rental Agreement.

HIRE PRICE
There are no hidden fees and charges. The hire price is guaranteed to remain the same as quoted at the time of reservation as long as no alteration has been made to the itinerary after the reservation has been made. Any alterations made to the journey itinerary after the reservation has been made will be charged accordingly and must be advised prior to the date of the event.

Package Prices on our website are quoted for any destinations within 20 km from Brisbane CBD area. Any destinations greater than 20km from CBD will incur additional charges. Unless stated otherwise quotes are valid for 7 days.

Cash
When paying by cash please pay in person, or pay into our bank account at any Bank of Queensland Branch.

BOOKING DEPOSIT
All bookings attract a non refundable deposit $220, incl GST, per car payable within 7 days of booking with the full balance due 3 months prior to service. Once the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed. If the booking is made within 3 months or less period of time before service day full amount should be paid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your booking with Allways Wedding Cars Company we require this in writing by the person who originally made the booking. Emails will not be accepted; postal letters only, signed and dated, with the booking and cancellation details. Any cancellations received within 3 months prior to the required booking date will attract full payment.

EXTRA TIME
Allways Wedding Cars Company will allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes beyond the total hire time, free of charge.
An amount of $100 per hire car, per 30 minutes or part thereof will be charged for any hire time in excess of the agreed hire duration ( *Subject to availability). Any monies charged under this clause must be paid into our bank account within 7 business days.

STARTING / FINISHING TIME
Our service starts at the time of collection agreed at the time of booking and ends when the car(s) arrive at the venue and all passengers leave the car(s).

CHANGE OF DATE
If you change the date of your wedding you must notify us by telephone, email or in writing. In the event of the hirer changing the date of a booking we will transfer the booking fee to the new date provided we have a car available. However, if the new date is unavailable the booking deposit will be forfeited according to cancellations terms and conditions.

OTHER CHARGES
If you change any other details of your wedding e.g. collection address, church or hotel, you must notify us by telephone, email or in writing. Extra charges may be incurred if the car(s) are required for a longer journey or time than originally booked.

VEHICLES
All our vehicles are Licensed and fully Insured. Whilst we maintain all our cars to the highest standard, in the unlikely event of accident or breakdown of any of our classic cars on or before a wedding day Allways Wedding Cars Company will be in a position to supply a back up car.
The vehicles will be clean inside and out and decorated with ribbons of your choice. Our drivers are dressed in chauffeurs uniforms.

Consideration should be taken to the size and vintage of our vehicles when planning your journey. If your route involves using very narrow roads in poor condition, for example access to photo venues, please discuss this with us prior to the date. All passengers are requested to make sure that all belongings are taken out of the cars. Valuable should not to left in the vehicles during the ceremony. Allways Wedding Cars will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.

SPEED
The driver will always drive at a reasonable speed.

ROUTE
The route taken is at the driver’s discretion. The driver will take the best possible route and in the event of heavy traffic congestion, he/she will amend the route if necessary and endeavour to deliver passengers to their destination on time. Allways Wedding Cars do not accept responsibility for any delays or missed appointments/travel arrangements. Always allow plenty of time for your journey.

SMOKING
Allways Wedding Cars operate a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our vehicles.

ALCOHOL AND FOOD
The consumption of alcohol and food is forbidden in all vehicles.

DOORS
Our staff will be responsible for opening doors of vehicles when safe to do so. No doors will be opened until the vehicle has come to a complete halt.

DAMAGE
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exteriour of our vehicles by themselves and or by the bridal party or guests and will be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement or repair, at the most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience to both parties.
A minimum charge of $150 will be charged to cover valeting costs should soiling be caused by any passenger through drink, food or illness. Smoking and consumption of food is strictly forbidden in all vehicles.
If any of our vehicles is damaged or soiled as a result of passengers’ actions, we will charge the client named on the contract fully for the amount to rectify the vehicle and for time lost whilst the vehicle was taken out of the fleet.

COMPLAINTS
If for any reason you are unhappy with an aspect of your journey or a member of our staff please make your comments known to the driver at the time of the incident. You will also be required to put your complaint in writing and send it to our office, detailing the date and time of the complaint, the driver’s details and the nature of your complaint. Allways Wedding Cars will endeavour to rectify these matters immediately but may take further action if necessary.

COMPLIMENTS

RESPONSIBILITY
Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines, Allways Wedding Cars do not accept responsibility for the following: delays due to adverse weather conditions; theft or damage of any item belonging to any of the passengers travelling in our vehicles; delays caused by road traffic accidents; other not favourable traffic conditions; and for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location. Any passenger leaving possessions or items in the vehicle does so at their own risk
